These happen because of DOSBOX. DOSBOX is the emulating tool which runs the 16bit application on 32 & 64 bit OS. DOSBOX is specially designed for gaming and only work for keyboard interaction.  

We used it run Turbo C++ on 32 & 64 bit OS. So you need to use keyboard shortcuts. For the menu, you can use Alt + First Letter of menu option name.
